Job Details

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in nonprofit management, public health, communications, or business preferred.
4 to 7+ years of progressive fundraising experience in nonprofit or philanthropic sectors.
Proven track record in donor communications, solicitation campaigns, and strategic moves management.
Experience working in global settings with US social impact and global development/health stakeholders.
Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
Experience with donor analytics and data hygiene.
Familiarity with fundraising platforms like Classy or Benevity.
Comfort using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Prior experience supervising, coaching, or mentoring team members preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong project management and communication skills.

Partner with the Senior Director to cultivate and advance relationships with diverse donor organizations and individuals.
Manage a portfolio of donors, prospects, and leads to renew, upgrade, and convert gifts.
Identify and research new leads, presenting alignment strategies to the Senior Director and CEO.
Supervise and develop the Development Coordinator.
Craft personalized donor outreach and manage quarterly update communications and EOY/FY-close solicitation campaigns.
Coordinate board meeting logistics and implement board engagement and fundraising activation strategies.
Manage logistics for in-person and virtual fundraising events.
Co-lead the management of the Salesforce donor database and develop donor analytics reports.
