Requirements
- 5-7 years of related fundraising experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or commensurate experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
- Strong research skills, particularly using tools like iWave.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, and project management tools like Hive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage administrative tasks effectively, including record management and scheduling.
- Ability to travel out of town overnight several times per year for staff gatherings.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead expert on Salesforce accounts, data fields, reports, and dashboards.
- Manage the organization's prospect research function using iWave.
- Develop and maintain standardized fundraising reports and dashboards as a single source of truth.
- Ensure data integrity through ongoing hygiene protocols and auditing of revenue data.
- Liaise between Development and Tech teams to manage CRM priorities and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide training and support to team members regarding fundraising data and Salesforce usage.
- Collaborate on the development of agentic solutions to enhance user experience within Salesforce Agentforce.
