Requirements
- At least 6 years of progressive professional experience in complex program management.
- Experience in management consulting, healthcare advisory, or corporate strategy.
- Deep experience within the US domestic healthcare ecosystem (payers, public health networks, or digital health/FemTech).
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MPA, MPH, or equivalent preferred.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including ROI modeling and sustainable business planning.
- Proficiency in project management lifecycles, risk identification, and KPI development.
- High proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Experience with Asana or other project management tools preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex, simultaneous projects in a highly-matrixed environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences ranging from analysts to C-Suite executives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between affiliate capacity and strategic program goals.
- Drive project-based work focused on affiliate sustainability, including milestone tracking and risk mitigation.
- Design, develop, and implement high-priority pilots and support initiatives in collaboration with SCO and affiliate staff.
- Conduct financial assessments, market research, and financial modeling to scale innovative business models.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to co-design and launch revenue-generating partnerships with healthcare innovators.
- Create and maintain business assessment dashboards to provide actionable data for strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate the Innovations Working Group to gather feedback and drive project development.
