Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in patient services, patient support, or market access/reimbursement.
- Experience in marketing, promotional strategy, or digital/non-personal promotion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead projects and manage agency/vendor relationships.
- Data analysis skills to inform strategy and track performance KPIs.
- Oncology or specialty therapeutics experience strongly preferred.
- Product launch experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute patient support program tactics, education, awareness, and promotional materials.
- Strengthen integration between patients and healthcare providers to enhance patient experience.
- Manage end-to-end promotional material lifecycle including distribution and field communications.
- Coordinate promotional review submissions (PRC) to ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to align distribution strategies with patient access initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and data to optimize patient service campaigns and engagement.
