Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services.
- Demonstrated discipline-specific capability in Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, or Low Voltage.
- Proven ability to deliver accurate, well-coordinated designs and make sound engineering decisions.
- Strong understanding of project delivery workflows, documentation standards, and cross-discipline coordination.
- Experience contributing to documentation updates and workflow refinement via GitHub Pull Requests.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365 Suite, and Google Workspace.
- RCDD certification preferred.
- CDT, CCNA, EIT, PE, or PMP certifications considered a plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites for meetings, surveys, or inspections.
Responsibilities
- Lead small- to mid-scale, multi-discipline projects with growing independence.
- Guide projects from programming through closeout, clarifying requirements and coordinating design.
- Ensure all deliverables meet firm standards for quality and constructability.
- Maintain alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget while surfacing risks early.
- Mentor Designers and engineers through hands-on guidance, reviews, and feedback.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through clear communication and problem-solving.
- Contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and improving workflows using GitHub.
- Support pursuits by contributing scope input and participating in interviews.
