Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in a social media coordinator, marketing coordinator, or similar support role.
- Hands-on experience publishing and managing content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Proven familiarity with content calendars, approval workflows, and managing multiple project briefs.
- Proficiency with Canva for light design, resizing, and graphic assembly.
- Excellent written communication skills and strong organizational habits.
- Comfortable appearing on camera occasionally and participating in content shoots.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with initiative.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut.
- Familiarity with social scheduling and reporting platforms like Sprout Social.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
- Publish approved content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms based on the established calendar.
- Manage and organize incoming creative assets from photoshoots and designers.
- Track briefs, project timelines, and deliverables to ensure creative workflows remain on schedule.
- Perform light design tasks including resizing, cropping, and templated graphic assembly using Canva.
- Monitor and manage community engagement by responding to comments and direct messages.
- Escalate customer service inquiries or sensitive issues to appropriate teams.
- Support the logistics, scheduling, and tracking of influencer and creator collaborations.
- Track basic social engagement, growth, and content performance metrics.
