Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, technical sourcing, or a related HR function.
- Experience sourcing technical or professional talent.
- Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating recruiting activities.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Customer service mindset with ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Develop sourcing strategies for Adobe Experience Cloud, AI, and digital transformation roles.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and professional communities.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and manage scheduling logistics.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, documentation, and reporting within the ATS.
- Conduct initial qualification conversations and manage candidate outreach campaigns.
- Support recruiting operations including job posting management, reporting, and event coordination.
