Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, GTM finance, or systems engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a usage-based, API, or infrastructure/dev-tools business.
- Deep fluency with capacity models, account/territory design, and quota allocation.
- Strong background in designing and integrating GTM technology stacks.
- Experience managing the full customer lifecycle, from demand gen to PLG and SLG.
- Ability to treat the GTM function as an end-to-end system and measure by outcomes.
- Proven track record presenting to executives and translating between functional areas.
- Experience with comp modeling and revenue forecasting.
- Product-management mindset applied to process and systems design.
Responsibilities
- Define GTM segments, coverage models, and planning logic for the revenue engine.
- Drive annual planning, including capacity modeling, account design, and quota allocation.
- Identify growth drivers and partner with functional leaders on strategic initiatives.
- Design incentive plans and manage quota methodology for a scaling business.
- Oversee the GTM tech stack roadmap, including CRM, CPQ, and prospecting tools.
- Execute automation projects to eliminate manual workflows and create leverage.
- Orchestrate data integration across product usage, billing, CRM, and support systems.
- Support operating cadences, including forecast roll-ups and QBR/MBR reviews.
- Manage financial controllership, headcount, and expense planning with Finance teams.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-leverage team of analysts and systems engineers.
