Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within enterprise B2B SaaS, fintech, financial services, or related technology sectors.
  • Proven experience managing product launches, sales enablement programs, or go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes, complex sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.
  • Ability to translate technical product information into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging and sales materials.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills with the ability to create concise and persuasive content.
  • Experience analyzing sales conversations, customer feedback, and market insights to improve positioning and enablement strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with AI-assisted content or messaging tools is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable working independently, building new processes, and taking ownership of strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Candidates should be based in the U.S. East Coast region, with preference for those outside the New York City metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product launches, including positioning, messaging, sales readiness, internal alignment, and post-launch optimization.
  • Own product marketing frameworks that translate technical capabilities into clear business value for different buyer personas and use cases.
  • Manage launch calendars, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, and ensure stakeholders remain aligned with key milestones.
  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence, using market insights and sales conversations to improve positioning strategies.
  • Create and manage sales enablement resources, including battlecards, competitive guides, objection-handling materials, and product collateral.
  • Analyze customer conversations, sales feedback, and market signals to identify buyer trends and improve messaging effectiveness.
  • Partner with Sales teams as the primary marketing resource for product questions, positioning support, and competitive discussions.
  • Track enablement performance through metrics such as asset adoption, sales feedback, and improvements in sales productivity.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to continuously improve go-to-market processes and customer engagement strategies.
