Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree helpful.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Training, Agency, or related fields.
- Strong marketing proficiency and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative, proactive, and work within a team environment.
- Ability to lead multiple agencies, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with budgeting skills.
- Ability to interpret market research, performance data, and competitive intelligence.
- Previous experience with chronic care products or product launches strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop promotional materials, sales resources, training content, and customer-facing programs.
- Partner with Sales Training to support field meetings and ongoing development of resources.
- Support field execution through management of communications, resource inventory, and congress activities.
- Manage HCP product budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Oversee agency relationships, project timelines, and tactical delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Participate in brand and launch planning, including positioning, messaging, and targeting.
- Support market research, advisory boards, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain knowledge of the therapeutic area, treatment landscape, and competitive dynamics.
