Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting for Sales or Go-to-Market roles.
- Demonstrated success hiring across LATAM, South Africa, EMEA, the UK, and the US.
- Strong experience recruiting for positions such as SDRs, BDRs, AEs, AMs, CSMs, Sales Managers, and other commercial roles.
- Extensive experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Google X-Ray search, job boards, talent communities, and other sourcing techniques.
- You must have your own LinkedIn Recruiter licence, sourcing tools, job board subscriptions, and recruitment technology required to perform the role.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through candidate submission.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and accountability while working independently.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-quality candidates for Sales, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market positions.
- Recruit across international markets including LATAM, South Africa, EMEA, the UK, and the US.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using your own sourcing tools, databases, and professional networks.
- Conduct candidate screening and qualification interviews to assess skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates who meet client requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep accurate candidate records and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Stay informed about market trends, salary expectations, and hiring activity across your specialist markets.
