Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
- Proven sourcing ability with a track record of generating hires via outbound methods.
- Meaningful People Operations or HR generalist experience.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels internationally.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools to build or automate workflows.
- Strong ATS fluency (Lever preferred; Greenhouse, Workday, or similar acceptable).
- HRIS familiarity (Deel preferred; Remote, Rippling, Workday, or similar acceptable).
- Impeccable written and spoken English.
- Ability to operate autonomously with minimal structure.
- Capacity to manage and advise executive stakeholders.
- Strong judgment with the ability to provide clear candidate recommendations.
- Must be based in South America or Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake call to offer close across all functions.
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies including outbound campaigns, talent mapping, and market research.
- Integrate AI tooling into recruiting workflows for screening, analysis, and communications.
- Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships across multiple time zones.
- Maintain ATS data integrity and provide actionable funnel metrics.
- Own the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, promotions, transitions, and offboarding.
- Oversee employee experience logistics including equipment, perks, and welfare initiatives.
- Coordinate culture and engagement activities for both physical and remote team members.
- Administer HRIS and recruiting systems for accurate data management.
- Support global hiring structures including US employment, EOR, and international contractor models.
