Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or business development within service-based organizations.
- Proven hands-on expertise managing Google Ads (PPC) and LinkedIn Marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated success scaling multiple digital acquisition channels and delivering qualified leads.
- Experience working with review platforms such as Clutch, G2, Trustpilot, or similar reputation management tools.
- Understanding of SEO principles, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions.
- Experience managing monthly marketing budgets exceeding $10,000.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to generate qualified marketing and sales leads for B2B services.
- Manage, optimize, and scale key acquisition channels, including Google Ads (PPC), LinkedIn Marketing, review platforms, and SEO performance.
- Allocate and monitor marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key demand generation metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives.
- Identify new growth opportunities and test innovative acquisition strategies.
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking and performance measurement.
