- Proven success as a cross-functional business partner within a matrixed environment.
- Ability to translate strategy into execution as a systems thinker.
- Strong design skills and creative technical ability to build compelling content.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience onboarding new team members and supporting ongoing learning.
- Experience balancing large organization and high-growth environment needs.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Excel, and content management platforms.
- Experience with Adobe, conversation intelligence tools, AI large language models, Articulate, and Canva Pro or Figma.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement programs for the services organization.
- Build and run onboarding and training programs for market managers, associates, and field sales teams.
- Facilitate content creation including eLearning, guides, worksheets, and videos to support go-to-market initiatives.
- Drive creation of account management content such as playbooks, talking points, and host-facing resources.
- Maintain content strategy within a CMS to ensure documentation is current and accessible.
- Gather and relay field feedback to iterate on enablement strategies.
- Communicate program progress and roadmaps to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Embed within services working groups to prepare teams for product feature launches.
- Apply AI-powered tools to drive engagement and reinforce sales coaching.
