Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience delivering integrations for external clients.
- Deep, recent senior-level MuleSoft expertise, including Anypoint, DataWeave, CloudHub or Runtime Fabric, and error handling.
- Working Salesforce knowledge (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue/CPQ, FSC, or Agentforce).
- Proven experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Cursor) in daily development workflows.
- Strong engineering fundamentals: CI/CD, MUnit, naming/reuse standards, and secure integration patterns (OAuth2, JWT, TLS, RAML/OAS).
- MuleSoft Certified Developer, Level 1 (or equivalent demonstrated depth).
- Ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to clients.
- Proactive ownership and the ability to manage multiple projects autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Own integrations from build to launch by directing AI agents to generate code, hardening outputs, and driving projects through UAT.
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent engagements, sequencing work independently without standard standups or sprint theater.
- Apply AI tools daily for code generation, debugging, documentation, and status updates.
- Communicate project status proactively, flagging blockers or slippage early and clearly to stakeholders.
- Ensure production-ready quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and technical judgment.
