Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Strong experience designing and maintaining production Rails applications.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, query optimization, and database design.
- Experience with Sidekiq or similar background job frameworks.
- Experience building REST APIs.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and payment systems.
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
- Experience working with Git-based development workflows and CI/CD.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale core services that power the platform.
- Develop business-critical features and maintain backend architecture.
- Implement and integrate payment systems and third-party APIs.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and contribute to CI/CD workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive technical improvements.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and application performance optimization.
