Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building full-stack applications with strong frontend expertise.
- Deep proficiency in modern frontend development and component-based frameworks (e.g., React, Lit).
- Solid backend experience and understanding of API design, service boundaries, and system architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD and build systems such as Buildkite, GitHub Actions, or Drone.
- Experience with progressive delivery tools like Argo Workflows, Argo Rollouts, or Kayenta.
- Familiarity with Temporal, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Excellent communication skills for driving alignment and navigating trade-offs.
- High degree of empathy, curiosity, and humility with a passion for developer experience.
- Strong sense of ownership to lead projects end-to-end.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive work forward independently.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship high-quality features across the stack, with a focus on creating reusable, maintainable UI components and polished frontends.
- Contribute to backend systems to deliver cohesive, end-to-end product experiences.
- Define and enforce clean API boundaries between frontend and backend systems.
- Orchestrate complex deployment workflows, progressive rollouts, and automated rollbacks.
- Translate infrastructure technologies like Kubernetes and Argo into intuitive user interfaces.
- Engage with engineers to gather feedback and shape an opinionated "paved path" for releases.
- Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to platform reliability.
