Requirements
- 6+ years of program or project management experience in scientific, clinical, or health research.
- Experience owning end-to-end research studies.
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a health, life-science, or related field.
- Strong working knowledge of the human and clinical research study lifecycle, including protocol design, IRB/ethics, and data collection.
- Experience directing complex, cross-functional work across multiple internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with scientific, technical, and product audiences.
- Ability to travel approximately 10-15% of the time, including international travel to the UAE.
- Prior experience leading research initiatives in the United Arab Emirates preferred.
- Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define the governance and roadmap for an international research portfolio, ensuring every study is aligned with growth objectives.
- Establish the framework for rigorous, compliant research delivery and evolve operational processes into scalable systems.
- Serve as the strategic hub between Health Science, Product, Regulatory, and external global partners.
- Own the strategic dissemination plan, including publications, abstracts, and clinical validation, to support brand authority.
- Cultivate high impact research partnerships in the UAE and manage external CROs and academic collaborators.
- Travel to the UAE and other regional locations to form trusted collaborative relationships with partner institutions.
