Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Strong program management fundamentals, including planning, sequencing, milestone tracking, and risk management.
- Demonstrated experience as a documentation and systems thinker who builds repeatable processes.
- Clear communication skills with experience running effective meetings and documenting decisions.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
- Experience working with external partners, vendors, or clients.
- Collaborative mindset with high empathy and high accountability.
- Growth-minded and deeply motivated by the company's mission.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive business and partnership programs by managing workstreams across internal and external operations.
- Serve as the day-to-day operational decision-maker for external partners, managing commitments and SLAs.
- Align and unblock stakeholders across Clinical, Operations, Go-to-Market, Legal & Compliance, and Finance.
- Design the operational backbone, including program plans, trackers, documentation, and playbooks.
- Evaluate program health, assess risks, and drive status reporting and planning cycles.
- Identify and implement process improvements for partner operations.
