Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1+ year in clinical management systems, or 5+ years in Product Management.
- 1+ year with Jira Align, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools to manage features, stories, and decisions.
- Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to 3+ audiences (executive, technical, business) through written and verbal updates on a weekly or sprint-based cadence.
- Record of leading 2+ cross-functional initiatives spanning technology and business domains, coordinating teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings, PI planning events, and formal presentations for 10 to 100+ stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (annually) for partner engagement and product projects.
- Self-provided home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
- Dedicated workspace free from interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage product enhancements that support clinical care management and business operations.
- Partner with business leaders and delivery teams to define priorities, requirements, and implementation plans.
- Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables remain on track.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate recommendations that support informed business decisions.
- Prepare clear project updates, status reports, and communications for leadership and stakeholders.
- Evaluate business needs and recommend process improvements that improve efficiency and the customer experience.
- Collaborate with technology partners to support product enhancements, system updates, and issue resolution.
- Assist with planning for new products, business initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Support product adoption by documenting requirements, coordinating testing, and validating business outcomes.
- Promote consistent processes and continuous improvement across product initiatives.
