Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Local SEO campaigns or Google Business Profile optimization.
- Proven expertise in optimizing Google Business Profiles (GBP).
- Strong knowledge of local ranking factors, Google Maps optimization, and citation management.
- Proven experience in NAP consistency and online review management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience preparing and presenting client performance reports.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple accounts in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Comfortable meeting directly with U.S.-based clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 15–20 client accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop and execute Local SEO strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles to improve visibility in Google Search and Google Maps.
- Manage citation building and cleanup to ensure NAP consistency.
- Monitor and improve online review performance and reputation management.
- Prepare and present clear monthly reports highlighting key performance metrics.
- Build long-term client relationships through regular communication and strategy meetings.
