Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Five or more years of applied Python development experience in enterprise-grade environments.
- Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale production applications with significant uptime requirements.
- Hands-on experience with relational database systems (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Sybase), including query tuning and schema design.
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience in system design, application development, automated testing, and operational support.
- Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and computational efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience debugging and maintaining complex production-level applications.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and application resiliency patterns.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and build complex, enterprise-grade applications and data-intensive services.
- Develop and enhance automation platforms to improve engineering efficiency.
- Deliver robust, secure, and high-performance Python systems for mission-critical production environments.
- Partner closely with product, data, and infrastructure teams to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Identify root causes of complex technical issues and provide long-term engineering fixes.
- Collaborate across teams to maintain reliability, uptime, and secure coding standards.
