Requirements
- Approximately 8+ years of experience building and shipping production software systems.
- Proven technical leadership experience.
- Proficiency in backend technologies, specifically Python and FastAPI.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies, specifically React.js.
- Experience in the logistics industry and a genuine interest in the field.
- Ability to build human-centered user experiences.
- Deep understanding of the full engineering stack from databases and servers to UI.
- Experience creating self-documenting, modular, testable, and performant code.
- Capability to work cross-functionally with non-technical and technical stakeholders.
- Bonus: Experience with React Native, GraphQL, DevOps, CI/CD, or ML/LLMs.
Responsibilities
- Motivate and unblock the engineering team to ensure rapid development.
- Perform code reviews and mentor team members to foster technical growth.
- Translate complex business requirements into modular, actionable development tasks.
- Prioritize problem sets to ensure the team focuses on high-impact objectives.
- Drive the rebuild of transportation management system software for clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with managers, designers, and fellow engineers.
