Requirements
- 4+ years of building and shipping production-quality software systems.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Go, C#/.Net, or Java/Spring.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React.js or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of the entire engineering stack, from databases and servers to UI.
- Ability to create self-documenting, modular, testable, and performant code.
- Experience building human-centered user experiences.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with managers, designers, and engineers.
- Strong leadership and ability to guide teams through challenges.
- Candid, respectful communication style with the ability to admit mistakes.
