Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping production-quality software systems.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, C#/.Net, Go, or Java/Spring.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React.js or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of the full engineering stack from database and servers to UI.
- Ability to create self-documenting, modular, testable, and performant code.
- Experience working cross-functionally with managers, designers, and engineers.
- Ability to build human-centered user experiences.
- Experience with React Native, GraphQL, DevOps, or CI/CD is a plus.
- Knowledge of web3 is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ship clean, empathetic, and efficient code consistently.
- Own responsibility for delivery and execution of tasks.
- Contribute to product, design, engineering, and architecture planning.
- Diagnose problems and identify root causes rather than treating symptoms.
