Requirements
- Deep, hands-on proficiency in constructing complex logic systems using LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.
- Strong background in AI safety, guardrails, and building AI test suites for model performance measurement.
- Native-level English verbal and written fluency.
- Proven track record of rapidly mastering new technologies and paradigms.
- Demonstrated experience in technical enablement, developer relations, or technical consulting.
- Solid understanding of distributed architecture and functional programming concepts.
- Professional experience with JVM-based languages such as Java.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud-native deployment and container orchestration, particularly Kubernetes.
- Highly skilled in context engineering, semantic data, and dynamic orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technical workshops and architectural deep-dives for customer development teams.
- Provide technical mentorship through architectural guidance and pairing on complex production logic.
- Build proofs of concept (spikes) to demonstrate platform capabilities to customers.
- Guide customers in architecting multi-agent LLM systems, focusing on context engineering and dynamic orchestration.
- Advise on system hardening, policy ladders, guardrails, and AI testing suites.
- Ensure customer applications are resilient and scalable through SRE and DevOps best practices.
- Serve as a bridge between customers and internal product teams to influence the technical roadmap.
- Host interactive office hours and architectural reviews to support system evolution.
