Requirements
- 12+ years of leadership experience in Enterprise SaaS, ERP, enterprise applications, or technology consulting.
- Proven success leading globally distributed, multicultural consulting organizations.
- Demonstrated ability driving operational excellence, organizational transformation, and continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of Professional Services operations, including forecasting, utilization, and delivery governance.
- Proficiency with Professional Services Automation platforms.
- Experience developing or evolving implementation methodologies and delivery standards.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through influence.
- Track record of building high-performing teams and developing future leaders.
- Growth mindset with a passion for innovation and AI adoption.
- Preferred: Experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, manufacturing ERP, global partner ecosystems, or PE-backed SaaS.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously evolve the enterprise implementation methodology, governance, and quality standards.
- Manage professional services operations, including forecasting, utilization, project health, and KPI reporting.
- Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of project managers, consulting managers, and consultants.
- Drive the evolution of the delivery model from traditional SaaS to AI-enabled enterprise solution delivery.
- Collaborate with product and enablement teams to integrate new AI capabilities into the customer delivery lifecycle.
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic customers and lead complex escalation and recovery initiatives.
- Optimize the use of Professional Services Automation platforms to improve organizational scalability.
