Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
- Proven experience supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
- Advanced financial modeling skills for data-driven analyses and executive reporting.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, marketplace, or public company environments is preferred.
- Background in consulting, equity research, or analytics is a plus.
- Interest and experience using AI and automation tools to improve financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with G&A cost center leaders across People, Finance, Legal, and Tax to drive planning and performance management.
- Own monthly and quarterly Actuals vs. Forecast processes and variance analysis.
- Lead annual budgeting cycles, aligning headcount plans and vendor investments with business priorities.
- Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support scenario planning.
- Leverage automation and AI-powered tools to improve financial workflows.
- Collaborate with Accounting teams on month-end close activities and data validation.
- Prepare and present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
