Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field with Human Resources certification.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an associate or equivalent role.
  • English fluency with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
  • Demonstrated recent experience with day-to-day staff interaction and process-driven environments.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite, HRIS systems, payroll platforms, and AI tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative ability with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into operational insights.
  • Experience in in-house HR support for non-BPO companies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, recruitment documentation, and HR files.
  • Build positive employee relations by providing coaching, guidance, and HR support to employees and clients.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits administration, leave management, and timekeeping in collaboration with Payroll and Finance.
  • Manage and maintain HR Information Systems (HRIS) and ensure employee data accuracy.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with the Australian General Manager throughout the recruitment process.
