5+ years of experience in health system account management, healthcare strategy & analytics, commercial operations, partner support, provider growth, or business development.
Intermediate data literacy with Salesforce reporting, Slides, Google Sheets, and business intelligence tools (Looker).
Experience presenting data narratives to healthcare administrative leaders, service line directors, or clinical stakeholders.
Proven experience managing and growing complex healthcare partnerships, including improving workflows and referral dynamics.
Track record of owning and exceeding numeric growth goals, referral velocity targets, or portfolio revenue metrics.
Commercial owner mindset with experience translating operational improvements into volume and growth.
Ability to travel 25% to assigned health system sites for partner meetings, clinic enablement, and executive reviews.

Act as the commercial growth and delivery engine for health system accounts.
Partner with Health Systems Account Executives to launch, penetrate, and scale relationships.
Shape market strategy and drive adoption results.
Build relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders to establish credibility.
Lead demand generation and enablement initiatives across local clinics.
Synthesize complex performance trends into clear business review narratives.
Translate conversion data into growth strategies to embed services into clinical workflows.
