Requirements
- Strong understanding and appreciation for the trans experience and a desire to increase access to gender-affirming care.
- 2+ years in a customer service role with a demonstrated history of excellent customer/patient/member service.
- Great attention to detail in addition to data management and data entry skills.
- Respectful and empathetic written and verbal communication.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with learning new computer systems.
- Comfortable interfacing with patients and colleagues within a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer current and prospective patient questions.
- Triage inquiries to the appropriate medical staff across multiple platforms.
- Ensure accurate data flow across platforms.
- Troubleshoot patient technical problems within the internal dashboard system.
- Help support our members' labs, pharmacy, and other resource needs.
- Assist members with vulnerable mental health through safety planning and intervention.
