Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
- 5+ years of product design experience with a track record of delivering successful products.
- Strong knowledge of digital product design phases including research, UX writing, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in Figma, Pendo, Google Gemini, Miro, and Asana.
- Ability to analyze user research data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing design skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for new products and features from ideation to implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and design specifications.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmaps through customer research and design explorations.
- Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate concepts.
- Develop and maintain design systems and enterprise UI style guides.
- Review metrics and analytics to measure design impact.
- Mentor and guide junior designers.
