Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in engineering delivery management and people leadership.
- Experience managing a software development team in a product or platform environment.
- Practical project and delivery management expertise with adaptable methodologies.
- Understanding of team-level resource planning and capacity management.
- Familiarity with engineering practices, CI/CD, and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to work with data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
- English language proficiency at B2+ level.
- Ukrainian or Russian language proficiency at B2 level.
Responsibilities
- Own predictable, on-time delivery while balancing speed, quality, and sustainability.
- Manage end-to-end initiatives, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Partner with Head of Stream, Tech Lead, and Product Managers to align priorities and scope.
- Continuously improve team delivery processes and reduce bottlenecks.
- Ensure team compliance with operational standards and SLA adherence.
- Manage team members, conduct 1:1s, and own the performance cycle.
- Drive team engagement, collaboration, and onboarding.
- Optimize team capacity, workload, and on-call rotations.
