Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in large-scale (> $1m ARR) Retail and CPG environments.
- 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales capacity or supporting sales activity.
- Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
- 4+ years of design and implementation experience in big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, OLAP).
- Proven experience in full lifecycle data science solutions.
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- Ability to drive data-driven business transformation.
- Experience maintaining and extending production data systems.
- Databricks Certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical voice for 1-5 major enterprise clients.
- Lead customers through transformational journeys to evaluate and adopt Databricks.
- Execute technical strategy within accounts to drive data-driven transformation.
- Build a community of technical champions within assigned accounts.
- Align technical strategies with Databricks solutions.
- Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
