Responsibilities
- Run creative and production processes from initial brief to final delivery.
- Manage project scoping, costing, and detailed planning for multiple accounts.
- Coordinate delivery among project participants and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and scope, proactively managing risks.
- Prepare status reports and conduct effective project kick-off meetings.
- Ensure final deliverables meet quality expectations and design requirements.
- Consult on process improvements and implement internal project management standards.
