Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of group travel planning experience preferred.
- 4+ years of GDS experience (Sabre preferred, including PNR building and ticketing; Amadeus and NDC preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Technical aptitude to learn internal platforms and tools, including Navan/R&M systems.
- Experience with internal communication tools such as Slack.
- Ability to conduct client-facing video calls for project management and setup.
- Strong customer service skills with a track record of positive CSAT outcomes.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a hyper-growth environment.
- Available to work non-traditional shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized travel support to resolve issues before, during, and after travel, including flight, hotel, car, and rail bookings.
- Manage program planning from the post-sale stage through to final billing.
- Maintain thorough project documentation to ensure compliance with service agreements and SLAs.
- Collaborate with client contacts to understand and meet specific program objectives.
- Troubleshoot traveler issues by utilizing internal agent tools and guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings to stay informed on product launches and industry updates.
- Support team leads and contribute to achieving revenue generation goals.
