Requirements
- Degree in translation, linguistics, or language studies with significant translation training.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience translating Life Sciences documents.
- Experience translating pharmacovigilance content (SAE/AE, PSURs, SUSARs, ICSRs, DSURs, RMP) or clinical/regulatory documents.
- Strong English proficiency (native level preferred).
- Experience with XTM or similar CAT tools.
- Consistent daily availability for high-volume, time-sensitive content.
- Reliable, deadline-driven, and able to commit to fast turnarounds.
- Healthcare professional (HCP) background, such as nurse or physician, preferred.
- Personal Gmail account required for specific task platform access.
Responsibilities
- Translate pharmacovigilance and/or clinical-regulatory content from French into English.
- Perform Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) on machine-translated safety content.
- Perform Copy Edit review of translated/post-edited content for accuracy, tone, and consistency.
- Meet strict, non-extendable turnaround times on time-sensitive safety content.
- Support Transcription tasks by retyping scanned or handwritten PDFs into Word.
- Work within the client's CAT tool environment (XTM) following project-specific instructions.
