Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of specialized experience, with 8+ years preferred in business analysis, strategic delivery, or consulting.
  • Strong experience in Property & Casualty, Specialty, or Commercial Insurance environments.
  • Advanced understanding of insurance workflows, operational processes, products, and distribution models.
  • Proven experience supporting strategic initiatives or technology-enabled business transformations.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience with business analysis practices including process improvement, testing, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence solutions and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand objectives, operational priorities, financial goals, and service expectations.
  • Analyze business performance, workflows, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations and strategic proposals to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between business and digital teams to align requirements, dependencies, and project delivery.
  • Manage initiative lifecycles, including planning, execution, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
  • Facilitate business requirements gathering, process documentation, change management, and user acceptance testing.
