Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of specialized experience, with 8+ years preferred in business analysis, strategic delivery, or consulting.
- Strong experience in Property & Casualty, Specialty, or Commercial Insurance environments.
- Advanced understanding of insurance workflows, operational processes, products, and distribution models.
- Proven experience supporting strategic initiatives or technology-enabled business transformations.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience with business analysis practices including process improvement, testing, and change management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency with business intelligence solutions and analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand objectives, operational priorities, financial goals, and service expectations.
- Analyze business performance, workflows, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop data-driven recommendations and strategic proposals to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
- Define success metrics and KPIs for strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Act as a liaison between business and digital teams to align requirements, dependencies, and project delivery.
- Manage initiative lifecycles, including planning, execution, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
- Facilitate business requirements gathering, process documentation, change management, and user acceptance testing.
