Requirements
- Deep knowledge and practical experience with F&BO business processes, capital planning, and project execution.
- Familiarity with SAP, specifically SAP S/4 HANA EPPM.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and multi-task.
- Strong organizational, detail-orientation, and interpersonal skills.
- Growth mindset with the ability to grasp transformation objectives.
- Ability to execute responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Agile methodology (preferred).
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence (preferred).
- Experience with functional specification writing, test script writing, and functional testing (preferred).
- Prior 1LMX exposure (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead test and implementation activities for the 1LMX Capital ecosystem and EPPM module within SAP S/4 HANA.
- Create and execute test scripts and procedures.
- Perform hypercare and O&M support.
- Execute defect triage and remediation.
- Define security roles and map system access.
- Generate ad hoc reports, metrics, and presentations.
- Document Organizational Change Management (OCM) impacts.
- Assist ISG in the creation of training and development curriculums.
- Review and red-line command media to ensure alignment to future state processes.
