Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of ERP project management experience leading enterprise software implementations.
  • At least 7 years of experience managing ERP implementation projects within consulting environments, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong experience delivering Infor M3 implementations.
  • Proven expertise managing project scope, budgets, financial reporting, contracts, resource planning, quality assurance, risks, issues, and change management.
  • Experience preparing Statements of Work (SOWs), project estimates, resource forecasts, and implementation plans.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer satisfaction, delivery quality, and business profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, mentoring, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, including managing complex client escalations.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% as business needs require.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise ERP implementation projects, with a strong focus on Infor M3, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and project governance.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, financial performance, resource forecasting, quality, risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships by providing clear communication, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Present project updates, financial status, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and project sponsors.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to develop accurate Statements of Work (SOWs), project estimates, delivery plans, and resource requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and support project teams, ensuring adherence to established project methodologies, quality standards, and delivery milestones.
  • Review contractual obligations, monitor project profitability, and ensure alignment between project deliverables, commercial objectives, and customer expectations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, customer escalations, and resource conflicts while maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Support accurate project administration, including time reporting, expense reviews, invoicing processes, and project documentation.
