Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • 2+ years of combined account management and project management experience within a pharmaceutical agency environment.
  • Experience managing direct client relationships and leading client-facing communications.
  • Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical, or life sciences marketing preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review processes and promotional compliance requirements.
  • Experience developing project briefs, statements of work (SOWs), and client proposals.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, brands, and projects while maintaining quality under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital submission platforms such as Zinc or Veeva is preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally, up to approximately 5%.

Responsibilities

  • Manage communications with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on project status, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned client projects, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Coordinate project planning, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources in collaboration with project management teams.
  • Drive daily project activities by managing scope, identifying risks, resolving challenges, and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Support the development of new business opportunities, including proposals, pitch presentations, and account growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with content experts and cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing communication programs.
  • Facilitate medical, legal, and regulatory review processes to ensure materials meet compliance requirements.
  • Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, and out-of-scope activities.
  • Prepare client updates, contact reports, executive summaries, and project documentation.
