Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, project coordination, or a related technical delivery role.
- Experience managing cloud or infrastructure projects involving AWS, Azure, DevOps, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent are considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Coordinate project activities across customers, internal delivery teams, partners, sales, and technical stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, documentation, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies while providing regular status updates.
- Facilitate project meetings, Agile ceremonies, and working sessions to promote collaboration, transparency, and timely decision-making.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
- Support enterprise cloud initiatives including automation, cloud migrations, infrastructure deployments, assessments, workshops, and DevOps engagements.
- Track project performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to delivering a customer-focused experience across every engagement.
