Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- At least 2 years of written communications experience.
- Strong communication skills with ability to establish rapport on the phone, over email, and in meetings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work with multiple programs and deliverables in a collaborative environment.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- High-speed Internet access and a working location free from distractions during business hours.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and access to reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer intake and scheduling services and communicate program information to customers and prospects over the phone and through email.
- Educate customers about available program offers, respond to inquiries, and solve problems professionally.
- Schedule program services with qualified customers using scheduling software.
- Enter data into appropriate platforms to track customer interactions and results.
- Conduct quality checks of customer files, data reports, or technical service schedules.
- Act as liaison with vendors, partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
