Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# and Python.
- Knowledge of C++ and Java.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership experience with global teams.
- Strong influence and communication skills to drive change.
- Technical problem-solving skills for identifying root causes.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience in the aviation industry is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation and leadership throughout the design process.
- Guide teams through design, development, and verification processes.
- Communicate with business leaders and stakeholders regarding critical issues.
- Lead and engage with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) teams and sign off on completions.
- Champion Lean methods and mentor the technical community.
- Mitigate technical risks against business risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure interoperability and reuse.
- Design, create, fix, and review software written in C# and Python.
