Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of Supply Chain or Customer Care experience.
- Licensed and Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.
- Must reside in Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, or Florida.
- Active CPhT certification in state of residence where required by law.
- Proficient with JDE, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal, active-listening, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse professionals including RNs and patients.
- High-speed wired internet connection for remote work.
- Flexibility to cover shifts during hours of operation 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 30 to 40 new customers per week via inbound and outbound calls.
- Own complex customer inquiries from intake through resolution to ensure clear next steps.
- Process and manage orders using established procedures while identifying exceptions.
- Review and coordinate open Salesforce cases and work orders.
- Resolve complex questions, complaints, and service issues by identifying root causes.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Tech Support, Distribution, and Sales to drive resolution.
- Educate customers on available resources and delivery processes.
