Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Health Administration preferred.
- 10 years related professional experience, or 5 years related professional experience with a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in Revenue Integrity, chargemaster, charge capture, audit, coding, reimbursement, or revenue cycle operations.
- Proficiency with Epic charging workflows, Charge Router, and workqueue operational troubleshooting.
- Proven experience conducting audits, investigations, trend analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend or on-call availability.
- Related professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA, CPC, CCS) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate processes and operations required for new services, service location changes, and new technology to ensure accurate implementation.
- Participate in research, training, and education activities supporting the project.
- Escalate potential project risks and recommend effective solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and quality control across all project areas.
- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulatory standards.
