Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Skilled in graphic design using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Google Business Profiles and basic SEO.
- Experience managing projects and reporting on marketing performance.
- Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
- Stable and high-speed internet connection (25 MBPS or higher) with backup.
- Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, Core i5/Ryzen 3, and Windows 10/Mac Catalina 10.15 or higher.
- Headset with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher.
- Designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Design visuals and videos using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create and manage email and SMS campaigns via Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Instantly.
- Assist with Google Business Profile optimization and implement SEO best practices using Ahrefs and Surfer SEO.
- Update and maintain website content on WordPress or WebFlow.
- Track performance metrics and provide marketing reports.
- Manage workflows and communication through HubSpot, Aloware, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
