Requirements
- 15+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Track record of technical leadership at organizational scale.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in CS or equivalent experience.
- Deep expertise in backend systems and large-scale, service-oriented and distributed architectures.
- Proven experience architecting and scaling agentic or AI-driven systems in production.
- Experience with Java and/or Kotlin.
- Experience with LangGraph and GraphQL.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and caching solutions like Redis.
- Demonstrated ability to set technical vision and influence engineering culture.
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional influence skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive technical vision and strategy for the Content Platform org.
- Identify and resolve high-leverage, ambiguous technical problems spanning multiple systems.
- Lead architecture and design reviews to set standards and consistency.
- Mentor and grow Staff and senior engineers across the organization.
- Partner with product, design, and marketing stakeholders to align strategy with business priorities.
- Represent Marketing Technology in company-wide technical forums.
