Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing organic social media for a consumer, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or CPG brand.
- Proven experience developing and executing social-first content strategies across Instagram and TikTok.
- Exceptional social copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Strong creative instincts and brand judgment to create culturally relevant and premium content.
- Experience leading cross-functional campaigns with creative, marketing, and PR teams.
- Experience managing creator relationships, content productions, and campaign budgets.
- Strong understanding of social analytics to translate insights into creative recommendations.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills for a fast-moving environment.
- Passion for digital culture and emerging platform trends.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute and evolve the organic social strategy across @nutrafol and @nutrafolmen.
- Serve as the primary social lead for Nutrafol Men while supporting broader business initiatives.
- Own the organic social content calendar from planning through publishing.
- Develop social-first strategies for product launches, seasonal moments, and reactive opportunities.
- Write social-first copy for captions, scripts, hooks, and community responses.
- Partner with Creative to develop and optimize content from concept through production.
- Lead organic social execution for campaigns with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage the organic social budget and oversee creators and freelance partners.
- Monitor performance, audience behavior, and platform trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Report on KPIs and champion experimentation to improve engagement and business impact.
