Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing organic social media for consumer, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or CPG brands.
- Proven experience developing and executing social-first content strategies across Instagram and TikTok.
- Exceptional social copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex messaging.
- Strong creative instincts to produce culturally relevant and premium content.
- Experience leading cross-functional campaigns with Brand, Creative, Paid Media, Influencer, and PR teams.
- Experience managing creator relationships, content productions, and campaign budgets.
- Strong understanding of social analytics and ability to translate data into creative recommendations.
- Highly organized with exceptional project management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Deep passion for social media, digital culture, and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute and evolve the organic social strategy across Nutrafol and Nutrafol Men.
- Serve as the primary social lead for Nutrafol Men while supporting broader business initiatives.
- Jointly own the organic social content calendar from planning through publishing.
- Develop social-first strategies for campaigns, product launches, and tentpole activations.
- Write social-first copy across captions, scripts, hooks, and community responses.
- Partner with the Creative team to develop and optimize content through production.
- Build community through social listening, trend monitoring, and active engagement.
- Lead organic social execution for cross-functional campaigns involving Brand, Paid Media, Influencer, and PR teams.
- Manage the organic social budget and oversee freelance partners and creators.
- Monitor performance KPIs and translate insights into actionable recommendations for future growth.
